In the central legislative and executive bodies

● Member of the Ukrainian Parliament O. Voronko developed the Draft Law of Ukraine ‘On Amendments to Article 78 of the Tax Code of Ukraine on Clarification of the Procedure for Conducting Documentary Unscheduled Audits’ (Registry No. 12055 dated 23 September 2024), which aims to specify the period within which the controlling authority must decide to conduct a documentary unscheduled audit of a taxpayer and clarify that the relevant decision to conduct such an audit must contain an exclusive list of grounds for its conduct.

● The State Geological Survey of Ukraine, by its Order No. 445 dated 25 September 2024, instructed the Department of State Geological Control to conduct scheduled inspections of subsoil users in October 2024, involving scientists and specialists, employees of central and local executive bodies, local self-government bodies, enterprises, institutions and organisations, including those under the management of the State Geological Survey of Ukraine, in accordance with the established procedure.

The list of subsoil users that are subject to state geological control in October 2024 includes several crushed stone enterprises located in Lviv, Rivne and Cherkasy regions.
