In the central executive authorities

On 19 May 2026, the State Service of Geology and Mineral Resources of Ukraine published on its website (section “Activities”, subsection “Regulatory Activities”) the draft Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Code of Administrative Procedure of Ukraine regarding the specific features of proceedings in cases initiated upon the application of the central executive authority implementing state policy in the field of geological exploration and rational use of mineral resources”:

This draft law was developed in fulfilment of the requirements of the Law of Ukraine No. 2805-IX dated 1 December 2022 “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine regarding the Improvement of Legislation in the Field of Subsoil Use”, as well as with the aim of improving the legal and regulatory framework governing relations in the field of geological exploration and rational use of mineral resources.
