Ukraine Establishes Another Advisory and Consultative Body
According to media reports, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has adopted a resolution establishing the Coordination Centre for Reservation (Exemption from Mobilization) during Mobilization and Martial Law.
The Centre will operate as a temporary advisory and consultative body under the Cabinet of Ministers.
Its primary objective will be to coordinate the work of government authorities and facilitate prompt solutions to issues arising during the reservation (mobilization exemption) process for employees.
A separate area of responsibility will be the review of proposals concerning the designation of enterprises, institutions and organizations as critically important.
These include companies that ensure the functioning and stability of the economy, support essential public services, and meet the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations.
Government authorities will be required to take into account the recommendations of the Coordination Centre when making decisions on granting businesses the status of critically important enterprises.
As of the morning of 17 July 2026, no information regarding this resolution had been published on the official Government Portal.
