{"id":4746,"date":"2026-03-25T15:57:00","date_gmt":"2026-03-25T13:57:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/avnbmu.com.ua\/?p=4746"},"modified":"2026-03-25T17:58:31","modified_gmt":"2026-03-25T15:58:31","slug":"what-is-wrong-with-ukrainian-roads","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.avnbmu.com.ua\/en\/news\/what-is-wrong-with-ukrainian-roads\/","title":{"rendered":"What Is Wrong with Ukrainian Roads"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>As previously reported (see the information in the \u201cNews\u201d section dated March 9, 2026), on February 25, 2026, a meeting of the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Transport and Infrastructure was held, during which the issue of the critical condition of public roads of both national and local significance was considered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Following this meeting, the relevant Minutes No. 118 and the Transcript were finally published on the official website of the Committee (<a href=\"https:\/\/komtrans.rada.gov.ua\/\">https:\/\/komtrans.rada.gov.ua\/<\/a>). The publication date of these documents \u2014 March 2, 2026 \u2014 should not be misleading, as the Law of Ukraine \u201cOn Committees of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine\u201d does not establish a deadline for their publication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While Minutes No. 118 contained a very concise resolution on the agenda item \u2014 \u201cThe information is noted\u201d \u2014 the Transcript of the meeting provides substantial and noteworthy details.
