{"id":5142,"date":"2026-06-22T17:23:51","date_gmt":"2026-06-22T14:23:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/avnbmu.com.ua\/?p=5142"},"modified":"2026-06-22T17:23:52","modified_gmt":"2026-06-22T14:23:52","slug":"budget-declaration-for-2027-2029-approved","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.avnbmu.com.ua\/en\/news\/budget-declaration-for-2027-2029-approved\/","title":{"rendered":"Budget Declaration for 2027\u20132029 Approved"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>On June 17, 2026, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the Budget Declaration for 2027\u20132029.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The document establishes the key parameters and priorities of Ukraine&#8217;s fiscal policy for the medium term and serves as the basis for preparing the Draft State Budget for 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Budget Declaration outlines projected state budget revenues and financing sources, expenditure ceilings, minimum wage levels, subsistence minimum indicators, exchange rate assumptions and other key policy targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Declaration provides for two possible development scenarios for Ukraine starting from 2027:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>a scenario based on the end of the war;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a scenario based on the continuation of the war.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The final scenario to be used as the basis for drafting the State Budget of Ukraine for 2027 will be determined during the budget preparation process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As of now, the Budget Declaration for 2027\u20132029 has not yet been published on the official website of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Photo source:<\/em> <em>freepik.com<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On June 17, 2026, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the Budget Declaration for 2027\u20132029.
