According to media reports, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has adopted a resolution establishing the Coordination Centre for Reservation (Exemption from Mobilization) during Mobilization and Martial Law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Centre will operate as a temporary advisory and consultative body under the Cabinet of Ministers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Its primary objective will be to coordinate the work of government authorities and facilitate prompt solutions to issues arising during the reservation (mobilization exemption) process for employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A separate area of responsibility will be the review of proposals concerning the designation of enterprises, institutions and organizations as critically important.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
These include companies that ensure the functioning and stability of the economy, support essential public services, and meet the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Government authorities will be required to take into account the recommendations of the Coordination Centre when making decisions on granting businesses the status of critically important enterprises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
