Government Committee on the Fuel and Energy Sector, Industrial Policy, Environmental Protection, Natural Resources, Digital Transformation, Innovation and Technology Development, National Security, Defence, Veterans&#8217; Affairs, and Healthcare (Chair: First Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine \u2013 Minister of Energy; Deputy Chairs: Minister of Defence and Minister of Health);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; Government Committee on Humanitarian and Social Policy, Public Administration, National Unity, Temporarily Occupied Territories, and Internally Displaced Persons (Chair: Deputy Prime Minister for Humanitarian Policy \u2013 Minister of Culture; Deputy Chairs: Minister of Education and Science and Minister of Social Policy, Family and Unity);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; Government Committee on European and Euro-Atlantic Integration, International Cooperation, Law Enforcement, and Legal Policy (Chair: Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine; Deputy Chairs: Minister of Foreign Affairs and Minister of Justice);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; Government Committee on the Recovery of Ukraine, Community, Territorial and Infrastructure Development, Transport, and Housing and Utilities (Chair: Minister for Recovery, Infrastructure and Transport; Deputy Chair: Minister for Communities, Territories and Internally Displaced Persons);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; Government Committee on Economic, Financial, Agricultural, Investment and Sanctions Policy, Entrepreneurship Development, and Efficient State Property Management (Chair: Minister of Economy and Environment; Deputy Chairs: Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food and Minister of Finance).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The Association reminds that a government committee is a working collegial body of the Cabinet of Ministers established to ensure the effective exercise of the Cabinet&#8217;s powers and to coordinate the activities of executive authorities by developing a common position on draft legal acts, Cabinet policy documents, planning documents, and other materials submitted for consideration by the Cabinet of Ministers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The activities of government committees, their composition, procedures for holding meetings, and other related matters are regulated by \u00a7\u00a7 28-1 to 28-7 of Section 31 &#8220;Government Committees&#8221;
