Zaremskyi (a member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Budgetary Matters; political party \u201cServant of the People\u201d) submitted as many as 24 draft laws to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (registration Nos. 15467\u201315487 and 15490\u201315492 dated 7 August 2026), each consisting of only a few articles (provisions).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Of the total number of submitted and registered draft laws:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>&#8211; 15 draft laws concerned new laws and consisted of only three articles, which began with phrases such as \u201cthe state guarantees the continuation\u201d, \u201cthe state guarantees the prevention\u201d, \u201cthe state guarantees the introduction, provision of compensation, and taking of measures\u201d, \u201cthe state undertakes\u201d, etc.;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8211; 9 draft laws concerned amendments to the Budget Code, the Code of Civil Protection, the Customs Code, the Tax Code, and the Laws \u201cOn State Reserves\u201d, \u201cOn Local Self-Government in Ukraine\u201d, \u201cOn the Basic Principles of Ensuring Cybersecurity of Ukraine\u201d, and others.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The Association does not in any way question the necessity of these draft laws; it simply notes the fact that a significant number of draft laws of essentially identical structure were developed and registered simultaneously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is also interesting to see what comments and proposals will be submitted regarding these draft laws and how many of them will ultimately be adopted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Photo source: https:\/\/www.magnific.com\/<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ukrainian Member of Parliament M.V.
