On June 11, 2024, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine<\/em><\/strong> registered the draft Law of Ukraine “On Industrial Policy and Predictability of the Real Sector of the Economy” (registration No.<\/strong> 113310<\/strong>) and the draft Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine on the Specifics of Paying the Military Fee for Reservation of Conscripts” (registration number 11332).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The purpose of draft law No. 11331 is to create conditions for the development of the domestic industrial complex in order to increase the competitiveness of domestic products on the domestic and foreign markets and transition to an innovative model of industrial development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The draft law, in particular, specifies the goals, objectives and principles of industrial policy; powers of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in the field of industrial policy; powers and tasks of central executive bodies in the field of state industrial policy; powers of local self-government bodies of Ukraine in the field of industrial policy; informational and consulting support for subjects of activity in the field of industrial policy; support of subjects of activity in the field of industry in the field of foreign economic activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This bill also amends Article 25 of the Law of Ukraine “On Mobilization Training and Mobilization” and Articles 1 and 14 of the Law of Ukraine “On Private International Law”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The purpose of draft law No. 11332<\/strong> is to create a transparent mechanism for the reservation of conscripted workers by business entities; increase in revenues to the state budget of Ukraine from the payment of a special fee for booking conscripts, which will be directed to the security and defense needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine; ensuring predictable and stable conditions for the functioning of the economy of Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This bill, in particular, amends the Tax Code of Ukraine, according to which “Before the termination or cancellation of the legal regime of martial law in Ukraine, introduced by the Decree of the President of Ukraine “On the introduction of martial law in Ukraine” dated February 24, 2022 No. 64\/2022, approved by According to the Law of Ukraine “On the Approval of the Decree of the President of Ukraine “On the Introduction of Martial Law in Ukraine” dated February 24, 2022 No. 2102-IX, business entities that make reservations for conscript workers in accordance with Clause 5 of Part One of Article 25 of the Law of Ukraine “On mobilization training and mobilization”, they pay to the state budget a fee for booking conscripts in an amount equal to the amount of one thousand two hundred tax-free minimum incomes of citizens”.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The State Geology and Subsurface Service of Ukraine<\/em><\/strong>, by Order No. 268 dated June 10, 2024, canceled the planned inspections <\/em>established by the Annual Plan of State Supervision (Control) Activities by the State Geology and Subsurface Service of Ukraine for 2024, approved by the Order of the State Geology and Subsurface Service of Ukraine dated 20 No. 596 of November 2023, excluding from the Annual Plan the events that were to be held in the period from May 1 to May 29, 2024.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Several crushed stone enterprises located in Vinnytsia, Zaporizhzhya, Kirovohrad, and Khmelnytsky regions are included in the list of subsoil users, which were to be subject to state geological control in May 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From the Association. Order No. 268 of the State Geodesy of Ukraine of June 10, 2024, as well as similar orders in January (No. 40 of January 29), February (No. 86 of February 28), March (No. 149 of March 28) and April (No. 196 of April 24), issued retroactively, when inspections at crushed stone enterprises should have already ended.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
